Comparison
Nayavo vs HubSpot
These two are not really the same product, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. HubSpot is a CRM with a marketing suite around it: contacts, forms, email nurture, lifecycle reporting, deals. Nayavo is a content studio: brand analysis, a month of posts and creative, approvals, publishing, and the Google and Meta campaigns behind it. The comparison is worth making because a lot of teams open HubSpot expecting the second thing, and find it sitting behind the Professional tier.
The short version
- HubSpot’s social publishing lives in Marketing Hub Professional — $800/mo for 3 seats, plus a required one-time $3,000 onboarding fee.
- Nayavo is ₹15,000 or ₹35,000 a month per workspace with no onboarding fee and a 7-day trial.
- HubSpot is a system of record for customers. Nayavo is not a CRM and does not try to be one.
- Nayavo makes the content and runs the ads; HubSpot manages the relationship the content is meant to start.
Side by side
| Nayavo | HubSpot | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Producing, approving and publishing brand content, plus the paid campaigns behind it. | CRM, marketing automation, email nurture and lifecycle reporting across the funnel. |
| Pricing model | Per workspace. ₹15,000/mo Starter, ₹35,000/mo Growth, custom Enterprise. No onboarding fee. | Free tier and $7/seat Starter; Professional $800/mo (3 seats) and Enterprise $3,600/mo (5 seats), each with a required one-time onboarding fee of $3,000 and $7,000. |
| Social publishing | On every plan, to Instagram and TikTok. | Included from Marketing Hub Professional upwards. |
| Content creation | Brand and competitor analysis, AI monthly calendar, on-brand posts, captions and creative. | AI assistance for copy and campaign assets across the suite; not built around a brand-specific visual system. |
| Paid media | Google Ads Search and Performance Max plus Meta campaigns, run in your own connected ad accounts. | Ad account connection and attribution reporting; campaign building largely stays in the ad platforms. |
| Approvals | On every plan, on WhatsApp and in the mobile app, built for client sign-off. | Approval workflows available in higher tiers as part of the marketing suite. |
| CRM and email | None. Nayavo is not a CRM. | The core of the product: contacts, deals, forms, email, automation, reporting. |
| Time to first output | Connect a brand, get an analysis and a proposed calendar in the trial. | Professional and Enterprise require paid onboarding before the suite is configured. |
When HubSpot is the better buy
Written by us, about a competitor. These are real.
- You need a CRM. This is the whole answer for most teams comparing these two — if customer records, deals and lifecycle reporting are the requirement, Nayavo does not solve it at any price.
- Email nurture and forms are central to how you sell. HubSpot is built around that motion and we are not in that business.
- You want one vendor across sales, marketing and service, with the reporting that only comes from having the data in one system.
- Your team is small and the Free or $7 Starter tier covers you. That is cheaper than anything we sell.
- You need mature integrations with a large ecosystem, procurement paperwork, SOC 2 reports and enterprise support as table stakes.
When Nayavo is the better buy
- What you actually wanted was content. If the reason HubSpot is on the list is social publishing, Professional plus onboarding is a heavy way to buy it.
- You need the work made, not just scheduled. Nayavo produces the calendar, the posts and the creative from the brand itself.
- Clients approve outside the tool. Approvals run over WhatsApp, which is where client sign-off actually happens.
- You run Google and Meta ads and want them built from the same plan as the organic posts, in your own ad accounts.
- You want to start this week without an onboarding fee or an implementation project.
